Terms & Conditions
- Full payment must be made in advance before dispatching the product.
- Standard courier service is included from our end. If urgent delivery or porter service is required, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
- Once the product is dispatched, we will share a shipping ID with the customer. However, we are not responsible for any issues arising with the courier company. In case of any concerns, we are happy to assist, but the customer should directly contact the courier service.
- We do not offer refunds. In case of a defective product, we will provide an exchange.
- If an exchange is required and there is a price difference, we will issue a credit note, as refunds are not available.
- Customized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Additional charges apply for customized products based on the order specifications.
